OECD Unemployment Rate (%)

The OECD Unemployment Rate is an indicator showing the percentage of unemployed persons in advanced countries and regions that are members of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. In this ranking, countries with lower unemployment rates have better employment environments and more stable economies. Higher-ranked countries (with lower unemployment rates) often have diverse industries and flexible labor markets, such as Japan and Germany. Conversely, lower-ranked countries tend to face the impacts of economic crises or structural issues in their industries. Since each country's unemployment rate is affected by economic fluctuations and policies, tracking changes over time helps in understanding economic trends.
