OECD Merchandise Exports (USD)

The OECD export value is an indicator showing the total merchandise exports of member countries of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). This ranking allows comparison of each country's competitiveness in international trade and economic scale. Top-ranking countries are typically advanced economies with developed manufacturing sectors that export large quantities of high value-added products such as automobiles, machinery, and chemical products. Germany, Japan, and the United States consistently occupy the top positions. In contrast, lower-ranking countries tend to be developing nations with smaller economies or those dependent on resource exports. This indicator serves as an important economic barometer reflecting each country's industrial competitiveness, employment, and GDP growth.
